I Love machine applique but don't think I could handle needle turn. If I glued the edges under & then glued the shape in place, I could sew that down by hand. I have done this method on some small projects. All o' my machine applique has been done by turnin' the edges down & then gluein' 'em down. Then I machine sew it down. I guess I cheat.
