basting spray question
We do several charity quilts each year and I have more or less set up a system: friend makes tops sends them to me to be quilted then to her for binding and back to me for laundering.....My question is I tend to do "assembley line" quilting....so Question is: Can I spray baste several tops, batting, and backs then set them aside to quilt later? Will the spray still work holding the layers together or is there a time frame for the holding power? I like to get the mess of spray glue done and put away before I start sewing.
