YES! Sneeds Vacuum and Sewing Center. 2614 7th Ave, Charleston (but called North Charleston). closed on Friday. Joann's is on down the street on Rt. 25, Dunbar. English Cottage, 45 MacCorkle Ave SW, So. Chas (near Riverwalk Plaza) (304-744-7564), but I don't know her hours. There is a store down the road from there called the Textile Mills, 5303 MacCorkle Ave SW, So. CHas. This isn't really a quilt shop, but they carry some cotton fabrics.
