9" x 133% = 11.97"
If the photocopier allows for decimals
133.3% ---> 11.997"
133.35% ---> 12.0015"
133.4% ---> 12.006"
Yes you can just enlarge them on the photocopier, and get what you want.
Please remember, that if your templates show seam allowances, that they will be enlarging as well. Just trim them back to the 1/4" once enlarged.
