The machine is a 15-91. The red is in the the badge on the pillar. I "think" the red was a commemorative for the worlds fair that year. I've read something about it somewhere, but can't remember.
Personally the red in the badge would not affect my decision to buy or not to buy. Since I'm not a collector things like that don't enter into my thinking.
