I've got one. There is also an instruction book to go with it by Dale Rollerston, It sews like a circular attachment and the design is determined by the size of the embroidery and circle. I tried to use it on my Pfaff machine but it would only sew backwards in a straight stitch.
P.S. At the time I wanted to buy it, Nancy Zieman had it on her site for $8.50. However, postage was to be $20 to get here and it sells for $29 in Australia, so I bought it here.
