Hi everyone! I don't know much about the freezer paper but I can tell you that the repositionable spray adhesive is great!!!! I have MS and therefore when I was pinning my "sandwich" my hands were in agony. I thought I would have to give up doing something that I loved. I tried the spray and my quilting days are back without any pain. :) It is also much easier and faster than the safety pins. Just thought I would put my 2 cents in. Have a good night everyone.
