Twister and Lil' Twister were the first two rulers and were designed by Marsha Bergen, the Primitive Pinwheel Tool is the 3rd size Twister Ruler and uses 3 1/2" squares. Itty Bitty Primitive Pinwheel Tool is the 4th size Twister Ruler and uses 2 1/2" squares. The Primitive Pinwheel Tools are made by Primitive Gatherings.
