The two grease cups are located under the bobbin winder of the machine .They point downward and have two large caps -black with rough edges. they extend down and look like a tube 1/2 inch in length. There are two of them. The other is closer to the motor housing. The caps need to be taken off, and grease forced in. Use a lot of grease, because it is forced into the housing where the gears of the motor meet the main driveshaft. Hope this helps. I'll send a picture if you need one.
