Nice machine. You have a 201-3 , not a 15-91. There are no grease cups under the handwheel because there are no gears in that area. On this machine you need grease in the two 'gear pots' under the bed of the machine and in the lube ports at each end of the motor.
If the belt works, no need to replace it right now.

As I mentioned, the machine sews real nice...I just want to take loving care of it...it must have so much history of the many items which were sewn under its needle! Wish it could talk.
