Nice machine. You have a 201-3 , not a 15-91. There are no grease cups under the handwheel because there are no gears in that area. On this machine you need grease in the two 'gear pots' under the bed of the machine and in the lube ports at each end of the motor.

If the belt works, no need to replace it right now.
