Hello and welcome from Perth, Western Australia. I too hated dressmaking and sewing classes when I was growing up....my home economics teacher was astounded that it took me a year to make a pillowcase
. Funny how we get bitten by the patchwork and quilting bug.....my spare time is devoted to the search and find of fabric and a vast collection of magazines, books and patterns...I love watching a quilt come together out of all the bits and pieces.
This board is a wonderful forum for discussion, learning and sharing....don't think there's a time I've dropped by and not been inspired, amazed or amused and I always pick up tips and gems of information that make those tricky quilting moments a whole lot easier.
