Default Suggestions appreciated!

I'm a new quilter, and new longarm owner. I have finished piecing a twin size quilt for my granddaughter for christmas. She selected the pattern and choose all of the fabrics. I want this to be very special, and want to really quilt it, by premarking motifs and doing some fancy quilting, not an allover or meander.
However, I have looked thru a million books and can't find just the right designs to use. The stars just seem to be throwing me a curve. If anyone has suggestions on a combination of motifs that would work with this design, I would be so pleased to hear them. The clock is ticking, and I'm getting less inspired and more panicked every day. Christmas is looming!!! The photo shows just one corner of the quilt with the stars, chain and piano keys border. It's quite wrinkly I know, because of how long it has been folded waiting to be quilted!! LOL
Many thanks,
Cynthia
