Depending on where, most of Europe is +5-6 hours from EST. If you go further east towards Russia (Greece, Turkey, Belarus, Finland) it's +7 hours, and Moscow is +8.

EST = 8 p.m.
CST = 7 p.m
MST = 6 p.m.
