Thanks to all who have given me some input. This machine offers most of what I want but I now have some issues to consider ... such as do I really want/need a machine with thread cutter? .... will I have to purchase many accessories to make my machine "complete" .... such as the single hole plate??? ... the open foot free-motion foot?? I currently have a Singer purchased back in the '70s and it came with many accessories. I need to find out more about what is included with the purchase of the 1.5. Back to the shop I will go.
