Well, I did it! I finished my first quilt. I did it as part of my senior project/exhibit and managed to finish it in just about 3 months exactly. Not sure if that's fast or slow but I sure worked my butt off! I used the "Antique Civil War Star" from this link:

What a beautiful quilt!!! I am awe-struck that this is your first quilt! But the pic I like best is the one with the finished quilt and the cup of coffee/cocoa....it looks so soft and cuddly....would be great to curl up in it! Congratulations!! Polly
