I did a couple weeks ago. I first asked if they had a better picture of it of all sides because I was having problems and received a very nice reply where she gave me more information within a few days. I sent her back an email with all my specific questions and haven't heard back yet. I guess I could send it again and ask if she received it, it could have gone to junk mail or got lost. I may wait until after the holidays, they may be busy now. Oh, you know, maybe you're right, the first message I sent through their website and then the second I replied to the email. Maybe I should go through the website again....thanks for the suggestion. I didn't think about that.
