i've made a few 10 minute table runners. working on a rag quilt for nephew's wedding gift (he was married in august but couldn't find any flannel then!) this weekend going through my stuff to see what needs finished off. my mom is having surgery tuesday and i will be staying (with my sister) with them tuesday night (fingers crossed she comes home but we kinda hope they keep her overnight - she is having a masectomy - and it is considered outpatient surgery - can you believe that one?) and all day wednesday. mom wants me to bring sewing machine down and just sit and sew and talk to her. sounds like i can get some stuff done hopefully! will be so thankful
when the surgery is over and she is at home.
