Wow, I really stink at the flying geese. Anyone have any advice as to how to make them look good? My black and white triangles tend to be crooked. I've found they aren't easy also but they do get better. Bonnie's tip on pressing only the seam with the tip of the iron has really helped me and I run my finger down the seam to open it before I do that. No pulling on the triangles at any time and the geese behave better too. It's a learning curve that every quilter goes through, just don't throw in the towel. It's worth having that skill in your bag of quilting tricks.
