I washed the wall hanging and sprayed the areas with the pencil outline with shout. Guess what, they didn't come out!!! Anything else I can try?

I just did a quilt and erased my pencil marks with one of those gummy erasers, not a regular eraser. They are usually a clear color, sometimes a light beige color. I would never use a pencil eraser that comes on the pencil, it leaves it worse than before.
