If you have the lollypop that comes with the baileys your ready to do ruler work. Call Quilters rule and they will ask what type of machine you have, and make the decision for you on the thickness of rulers. I've ordered from them and I've a Baileys. You can get a ruler foot here

Theres also a Yahoo group, both groups are very helpful but the one on yahoo is older and has more members. Bother groups are moderated by the same people.
