You put into words what I have been trying to post here. Our families grow and expand and with each new member new tradtions are formed. Sometimes old tradtions fall away but there are always some that stay. We always have a tree, a wreath on the front door, gifts from the heart for family and friends, we thank God for our blessings and send Good Wishes for the New Year.
I second these emotions too! So many wonderful memories. The one tradition I cannot live without, (but boy my ever-expanding waistline and hips could, is baking Christmas cookies. Love to make many varieties and many dozens. Made mine this past Monday and almost all are tucked in the freezer, ready to be made into trays as gifts.
