and be sure to label everything! Mats, cutters, rulers even your machine. I have all my power cords labeled at both ends, this way if you need to unplug, you know you've got the right one.
Depending on your physical strength, I would go with more smaller bags than one big one. You usually need to shlep everything yourself and it's easier for me to make a couple of trips with smaller bags than trying to wrestle one big one. It's also easier to pack smaller bags in the car, you can stuff them in odd places. My machine bag has its own trolley, but I also have another rolling luggage carrier for all the odd bits.
