As I began to put up our tree I remembered things we did over the years but really didn't think of them as 'traditions'. When we were first married I began to buy little nativity figures from the 5 & 10, each year I added one or two as budget allowed. One year DH built a little stable and the boys put the figures in and around it, some years we didn't have room for it under the tree so it was on a table, later it was replaced by a smaller more expensive set up but we always have a nativity under our tree. Cookies, of course, not as many as when I was younger and had more energy but still Christmas cookies. Each year my family meets early in December and I give my brother and sisters a fresh baked fruit bread even though we don't exchange gifts, Christmas cards with little notes to tell friends we don't see how we're doing, etc. These are all little things that we do and don't realize they are tradtions, we do them because they are part of Christmas for us.
