Are you going to therapy, if so is it helping yet at all. Sometimes it takes awhile before it does. Hope it starts getting much better for you so you're not in that much pain. I was just told by my doctor that my time has run out for the lower back, 4 disc's, no more steroids or cortazone shots. He pretty much said when I'm over it and don't want the hurt anymore to let him know. Still going to put it off as long as I can. Next year has just got to get better for all of us.
