Is it a neck tie or a muffler around his neck? If its a muffler or scarf it needs to be wider, fringe on the end. Christmas lights thrown over his shoulders, dangling different colors...like he was going to throw them on a tree would put some action there...again, its a matter of contrast or blending colors.
