I have a featherweight and love it...I didn't sew either and my husband surprised me with an inexpensive brother
machine....I was so excited to get a sewing machine!! I am STILL using that machine many years later and have
upgraded...it isn't until you get your feet wet that you learn to swim.....look out tho...upgrades are expensive!!
