In my book 30 charity quilts is not a miserable fail! I know you didn't reach your goal, but I think what you did was admirable! Best of luck on your 2013 goals.
My main goal this year was not to buy fabric & use up some of what I had. I did quite well on that & only bought fabric to complete projects & for a few special things I made.
