The little holes look like where the feedsacks, or flour sacks were sewn together. The last I can remember my grandmother buying feedsacks like that was in the early 50s. They were about a yard each. That way you knew how many sacks of a particular pattern to make the dress you wanted! They had smaller pieces of fabrics in 5 lb. flour sacks. I would guess it was made in the 40s or early 50s.
