Thursday I lost my kitty "Grace." She came down with a cancer tumor on her back. She had been with me for 12+ years. She was my "nurse" kitty. When I was sick she was with me. My favorite memory of her will always be the week before my Husband, Joe, die, she mustard up the courage to sit with his two dogs, three times that week. She did not do dogs. LOL I think they all knew Joe was going. (bad heart and kidneys.) But Grace, was mine and she show her love for me over and over. I will miss her so much. She was my alarm on the weekends, waking us up at 6:00 am. the did not go off. She was the one who tucked us into bed at night. Stayed with us till we went to sleep then she would find another spot to sleep. I have her sister, Precious and she misses her too. Together, we will survive but we will miss her,


We are leaving her stocking up but it is a sad reminder that one of us is gone.

My quilt for the animal shelter will now be in honor of Grace..
