I have the Expressions 4 and have a love/hate relationship. When it's working it's wonderful but when something goes wrong it's hard to tell what it is. My auto thread cutter gets stuck all the time and after having it back to the dealer twice he told me to "get used to it". I've had the needle threader in for adjustment and replacement twice. I will be sewing along just fine and all of a sudden the tension will go crazy. I sometimes have to re-thread the machine several times before it sews again. Had to take it back because it wouldn't wind the bobbins. Most of the things that go wrong I would be able to fix myself but the manual is totally worthless when it comes to troubleshooting. I paid full retail and don't know if I would again.
