I have a Janome 10001 and love it. What kind of problems are you having with your machine? Is it loading the designs from the computer or the actual stitching? I would definitely try to figure the machine out before investing in a new one. That's a great machine and once you get it going, you won't be sorry. I use Customizer software and it's great.
