Diamond State Quilt Show
Well its almost 2013, our guilds quilt show will be held in Newark DE at the Delaware School for the Deaf ( beautiful facility) on Aug. 8th , 9th and 10th. Quilts will come in on the Monday 5th, judging Tues 6th hanging and set up on the 7th. We will have catered lunches by Honey Baked Ham, classes, lectures and demos. Vendors, Superior Threads, Sue's Fabric World, Hayes Sewing Center ( along with Hayes and Baby Lock ) they have donated a sewing machine as a door prize, Burkholders, Quilters Rule, Dover Books, Lil Country Shoppes, Virginia Longarm, Wilson's Calico Corner , Quilting Iron Works, Apple Mountain Quilts, Needles & Pins Quilt Shop, Mare's Bears Quilt Shop, Boutique and Second Time Around shop. And of course our beautiful raffle quilt. I have been able to obtain discounts at 3 hotels close to the venue. Come and see what our little state has to offer, stay awhile. We are so excited about doing this show......hope you come from far and near..........
