I do play several instruments, piano, guitar, mandolin, and my current passion is mountain dulcimer. I'm not great at any of them, but I still play on. :D
I think these hexagons would be great for mug mats. You could even do a little patchwork piece and put it in the window of the hex. I think your friends would love to get one in their cards!
It was great of you to put a tutorial for these on the board Eddie. We do adapt pretty well.
As for all the instruments you play, wow. I'm sure you sound great on them. We are our own worst critic, and as long as you are having fun and enjoy playing them, that's all that matters. My dad plays guitar and bass fiddle.
