Thanks, I want the shrinkage. This quilt is for a niece who is starting cancer treatments, so I want it to be special, but not require any special care. I thought that wool would be warm and light. I know about the directions on the bolt, and can't imagine why I don't have them. I will stop down at the store and see what it says. I live close enough to just walk over there - a blessing and a curse
