I am with anna controlled scrappy all the way. I made my blocks for the mystery train scrappy and did the just go forit thing and well I look at those blocks and think... well barf. I hope whatever we are doing improves it cause right now I am so not feeling it. I will make controlled scrappy from here on. mixed gotcha but not pastels with rusts etc.. what the he.. here aremy six blocks. I made 8 two I had to pull as no way bright green bright red with the rest of my scrap blocks didnt work. should I just forget it or do you think there is hope? we need two other colors not much pattern to go with them one lighter than the other. suggestions? its a mystery so who knows.. we cut a bunch of rectangles 2.5 x 4.5 to sew somehow next week..
