I made it last night for supper, and I can see why it's a hit at the
CarrieM household.
I will confess, I did make a change ... I used more onions and added some mushrooms to the mix!!. Then put skinless boneless chicken breasts on the bottom of a flat baking dish and topped it off with the Carrot Casserole mixture. Made for a good filling one pot meal!
