Quick Bread Recipe
I am looking for a Sweet Potato Bread recipe that is made either from a bread or a cake mix. I have eaten it at one of our restaurants and it is delicious and moist. So, I am thinking it could be made with a gingerbread or spice cake mix. I am wondering if I substituted the sweet potato puree for the water if that would work.
