Go to Dharmatrading.com and look at their fabric paints. I purchased a little tool from them that sort of looks like a tjanting. Instead of holding melted wax, it holds fabric paint and you can use it to draw very fine lines with the paint. I've used Jacquard paints and some of the others, whose names I am not recalling.
