QNS--my DH's suggestion is to "put out a sign and sell them"...he really likes fresh eggs so wishes you lived nearby. We saw on one of those "prepper" shows that you can rub oil (I think it was mineral oil) and they will keep 6 months or so in a cool, dry place...not that this will help you too much if they keep laying all year long, but thought I would share.
