I work full time, have a family, have pets, ride my horse competitively, so that means riding 5-6days/7 and my dad had not been well. I lost him on 12/5. So rather than make clearly defined "i will make this, or learn this", i'd like to committ to doing some thing related to quilting two hours/week.

I would never laugh! That sounds like a Great Goal for me too! I have a F/T and a P/T job, which totals at least 60 hrs a week, and do alot at Church to help with Altar Guild, Circle, and Missions. I would love to make a committment with you to Quilt at least two hours a week. Thank you for the push! I am so very sorry to hear the news about your Dad! I lost my Mom over 8 yrs ago, and that is when I started Quilting. I had never taken time off work to work with her on Mission Quilts for Church. Now we have an evening group too, so that us working girls can make Quilts to send to Lutheran World Relief!
