Default Finally Finished My Second Quilt

I having been trying to learn to quilt a little over a year. I love piecing the tops. And have done several. But have been scared to death of trying to actually finish! I did finish one last year, but I just sewed on the back and flipped it. Then I tied it. So no real quilting and no binding. Now, I have been determined to finish a baby quilt for my daughter's best friend. And I did it! I am so pleased and excited. I know there are lots of flaws! But at least it is finished! I quilted by machine. I would love to hand quilt, but I don't think I have enough years left to do all the quilts in my head. So for now I tried machine quilting. I attached the binding to the front by machine and then hand sewed the back. I learned a lot. Now I am ready to try to finish some of the other tops I have complete. Here is the back. I want to make a little rag doll with a dress that matches the binding.
