Well I've never seen that type of cabinet, but I believe it's a Singer fiddle base Model 12. You can find a lot more info at
www.ismacs.net, and even get a manual. I've seen them sell for $100 to $400 depending on their condition. There are other board members that would have a better idea of value, or some would say "it's worth what someone is willing to pay". ;0)
