My Guild started a PhD (practucakky Half Done) program last year. On Jan 1 you listed any project (kit/pattern or whatever) that you had started or wanted to start on a list. We paid $1 for each item listed. You had to show them at the meeting as they were finished. You received 1 chance for each item on your list. In Dec everyones chances were put together and we had a 50/50 drawing for the money. I had 27 on my list and finished 23! Boy was a busy!It made me quilt some, start some new ones and do something with UFOs. We are doing it again for 2013. But I am doing two list. One for the Quild I pay and another for myself and I am putting that money in a bank as I finish one. Then I will have some money to spend at the end of the year!
