make a block using 3 strips: 1 is 1/2 the block + 1/4" seam....the next 2 are 1/4 of the block adding 1/2" seam
cut them in 1/2 diagonally....arrange to make the pattern shown.
or is it 4 strips, each 1/4 of the total width???can't quite tell.
the block, if using 4 same size strips would be the 'Fence Row"....then cut in 1/2 diagonally.
