No, your Singer 66 only takes Class 66 bobbins. They are domed like the one in your machine. The one with only one hole is an old original bobbin. The new(er) ones have holes around both sides.
You can buy these bobbins most anywhere, they come in both metal and plastic versions. But those sold by JoAnns and Walmart and others very greatly in quality.
