I hope whoever was supposed to send to her got enough info from her original swap info to make something she'll be happy with. I love what she sent you. It doesn't scream "winter" so it will be great for year around use. I don't think I'd wait several years to try to quilt like she did in the center. Of all the ways to quilt in an open field, that's probably the safest from my perspective. I have problems with open field quilting, but I'm an accountant. We usually believe you're supposed to color inside the lines, lol. I think that's why I tend to use SID for almost everything. The prospect of FMQ is inviting, but executing that concept, well I wouldn't even know where to start, and I'd be too scared I'd make a mistake, lol.
