My last quilt took me several months because of a lot of appliques and handquilting. Now I would choose something simple and a pattern where i can stitch in the ditch with sewing machine. Oh, and I don't want to make a bargello (too mans tiny pieces). I am thankful for every idea.

How about a rail fence with the colors arranged in two different stratas and alternating them. This will make it like a ribbon effect. For instance the purple, pinks and maroon; then the coral, orange, brown and perhaps repeat one of the oranges or pinks. BTW, the fabrics are luscious!
