First of all, without knowing the amounts of each of the fabrics, it's hard for us to know what patterns would be appropriate.
Being that you don't want small pieces ...
you could choose your piece size and make a dramatic Trip Around the World!
That being said, the smaller the piece the lovelier the quilt! IMHO
