Never had any experience with them. I bought one inexpensive machine on ebay years ago just for a backup. I can sort of relate to your dilemma. I am looking at a new machine myself. The new model is out and the "retired" model is available for a little less on line, but I am hesitant to spend that much on a machine without knowing for sure that a local dealer do warranty work on it if needed. Just my two cents.
I will look into local service --excellent point Thank you for the input had not thought that far ahead. I would hope there would be a factory warranty.
