You may want to check Quilters Cache you can find blocks by size for free they have some that are 20" and larger tnder 16" + block.Carol Doak has a free paper piecing pattern Called Rays of Hope with the boarder measues 30" but the border could be made smaller it could work if you like paper piecing.
